  1. p 10 add Vizsoly, Hungary lt=48.381623 ln=21.214943
  2. p 10 add Mukacheve, Ukraine Lat= 48°26’55.32″N Lon= 22°43’12.83″E
  3. p 16 delete Rezso and left (already on p 18).
  4. p 17 correct birth dates on family tree: Irene Mankovich Petrick birth year 1924; Nicholas Aurelius Petrick birth year 1925.
  5. p 18 add accent on e of Réka.
  6. p 23 Note in caption that “My mother’s sister” was written by Martha Varzaly.
  7. p 24 Change letter caption “likely created by Dr. Eugene Mankovich.” to “created by Rev. Theodore Mankovich.” Also add chain of possession for letter as Mano -> Ida Kristof Takacs -> Martha Varzaly -> Rev Ted Mankovich.
  8. p 28 Add detail to footnote re Battle of Branyisko Pass. Battle won by Colonel Richard Guyon, Hungarian Army (10,000 troops) against the 25,000-strong Austrian Army on February 5, 1849. Branyisko Pass is 16 miles SSE of Šambron and 17 miles W of Prešov.
  9. p30 Change font of Šambron to match adjacent.
  10. p 36 add page number footer and book title header.
  11. p 36 change “now Kosice County, Slovakia” to “now Vizsoly, Hungary.”
  12. p 37 change “now Blažov” to “destroyed 1953, near Tichý Potok.”

  15. p 53 left photograph – correct ordination date to August 28.
  16. p 110 add, if possible the following from Irene Petrick Mankovich: Rev Zima was permitted to celebrate Mass in his home. The altar is behind him in the picture. The ceramic tile in the corner is the heater with an opening on the wall. It opened into the hallway where the fire was serviced.
  17. p 118 correct birth dates on family tree: Irene Mankovich Petrick birth year 1924; Nicholas Aurelius Petrick birth year 1925.
  18. p 133 Figure 16 Change “Kačak” to “Kasčak”
  19. p 190 add <C> 2007 Thomas P. Petrick to Gymnasium class picture.
